Any employee who feels that they have been discriminated against may raise the matter by using our grievance procedure. There will be no victimisation of any employee who is making or helping someone else to make a complaint.

Fortus Security will fully and thoroughly investigate all reported incidents of alleged discrimination or harassment and any employee who is believed to have discriminated against others will face disciplinary action in accordance with the Company’s disciplinary procedures.

All employees and others working for Fortus Security, irrespective of the type of contract in
effect between Fortus Security and them, will be expected to observe this policy and comply
with its implementation at all times.
